  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine 2 Tbsp. Kraft Catalina Dressing, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce and 2 tsp. cayenne pepper.
  • Pour over 4 cups mixed nuts; toss to coat. Spread into15x10x3/4-inch baking pan.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring after 6 minutes. Cool completely.

Cooking Know-How

For best results, remove the nuts from the oven as soon as they start to brown. The nuts will continue to cook while they cool.


Substitute garlic powder or curry powder for the cayenne pepper.

    Maybe because of the catalina dressing, I'm not sure. I found these nuts too sweet. With some slight modifications, this recipe would be a keeper! ;-)

    I LOVE nuts, but my lips were all chapped by the time I was done.

    Good flavour, could have had more. I found that the dressing made them have an unwanted soft texture compared to a similar recipe I have which produces crunchy nuts.
