  • Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 15 min. or just until tender, adding asparagus to the boiling water the last 3 min.; drain. Cool.
  • Cut potatoes into quarters; place in large bowl. Add asparagus, peas, celery and onions; mix lightly. Mix remaining ingredients until blended. Add to potato mixture; toss to evenly coat.
  • Refrigerate 30 min.
*Made with a blend of oils including olive, canola, and soybean oil.

Special Extra

For more flavour, add 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives, dill or parsley to potato salad before refrigerating.
