  • Remove cake from pan. Cut into pieces as shown in Diagram 1, using 2-inch round cookie cutter to cut piece for the baby's head. Arrange on tray or large platter as shown in Diagram 2. Click here for Diagrams.
  • Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended; spread onto cake.
  • Mix food colouring and water. Add to coconut in medium bowl; toss to evenly coat coconut. Sprinkle over cake. Decorate with candies as shown in photo.
