Mix dip ingredients as directed; spoon into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 350°F oven 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar; bake 5 min. or until melted. Top with tomatoes, peppers and remaining onions. Serve with chips.
Substitute 4 tsp. Diana Marinade Spicy Southwest for the hot pepper sauce.
