Make this traditional sandwich extra special by preparing it with roasted tomato slices. Prepare a batch of roasted tomatoes by slicing several tomatoes and placing them in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a 375ºF oven 1 hour or until roasted. Cool, then use 2 slices as directed in recipe. Cool unused roasted tomato slices, then store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week before using as desired.
