  • Bake potatoes as directed on package. About 15 min. before potatoes are done, brown meat with onions in skillet; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
  • Top meat mixture with cheese, bacon and potatoes before serving.

Bacon Cheeseburger-Stuffed Peppers

Prepare meat mixture as directed in recipe. Cut 4 sweet peppers lengthwise in half; remove seeds. Spoon meat mixture into pepper halves; top with cheese, bacon and frozen potatoes. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are golden brown.
