Prepare meat mixture as directed in recipe. Cut 4 sweet peppers lengthwise in half; remove seeds. Spoon meat mixture into pepper halves; top with cheese, bacon and frozen potatoes. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are golden brown.
Serve with fresh fruit and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
