  • Mix all ingredients except mushroom caps.
  • Fill mushroom caps with crabmeat mixture. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.


Filling also makes a delicious spread for your favourite Christie Crackers. Or, use as a filling for either sandwiches or hollowed-out cherry tomatoes. Makes 1-1/3 cups.
