  • Cook bacon and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until bacon is done, stirring frequently.
  • Add eggs; stir. Cook 1 min. (Do not stir.)
  • Cook additional 1 to 2 min. or until eggs are set, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Spread tortillas with ketchup; top with spinach, egg mixture and cheese. Fold in both sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style. Cut in half.

Family Fun

Invite the kids to help top the tortillas with the spinach, egg mixture and cheese, then roll them up.

Take Along

Wrap the filled tortillas individually in foil to help keep them warm until ready to serve.
