Made this for breakfast this morning it was so delicious . I added a teaspoon of Italian seasoning left out the oregano leaves . It came out so great !! Did not serve it with any salsa , really did not want salsa with my eggs . Give this recipe a try you will love it .
I thought this was an excellent option for my lunch at work. I eat around 9 AM. It turned out great and reheated well in the micro-wave. I will add some shredded cheese on top next time as I prefer cheesier omelets. A must try.
