Prepare recipe as directed, topping quiche filling with 1 cup drained cooked small broccoli florets along with the tomatoes before baking as directed.
Cover and refrigerate any leftover quiche. To reheat, place 1 serving on microwaveable plate; cover loosely with paper towel. Microwave on MEDIUM 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until warmed.
No serving dish needed. Just serve right from the pie plate. For best results, let baked quiche stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
