Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Grill meat 8 to 10 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
To be sure the pork is fully cooked, check the internal temperature with an instant-read meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer 1 to 1-1/2 inches into the thickest part of the meat - it should read 160°F.

I enjoyed this recipe. I marinated the salsa overnight, it was delicious. I would drizzle that on boneless skinless chicken breasts.
