  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Place eggplant on parchment-covered baking sheet. Mix vinaigrette and seasonings; brush half evenly onto eggplant.
  • Bake 15 min. or until tender, topping with Kraft Singles for the last 2 min. Meanwhile, toss lettuce with remaining vinaigrette mixture.
  • Spread bottom halves of buns with Miracle Whip, then spread top halves with chutney. Fill with lettuce, tomatoes, eggplant and onions.

Use Your Barbecue

Heat barbecue to medium heat. Brush eggplant slices with vinaigrette mixture as directed; grill 15 min. or until tender, turning after 8 min. Continue as directed.
