  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat bananas, Miracle Whip, egg and vanilla in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  • Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

Substitute

Prepare using toasted pecans.

Special Extra

Stir 4 oz. Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate into batter before pouring into pan.
