  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 10 to 15 min. or until caramelized, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Reserve for later use.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spread onto bottom of shallow 1-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through, topping with onions for the last 5 min.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh vegetable dippers and/or crackers.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
