  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Combine bread crumbs, cheese, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in small bowl; set aside. Whisk egg in separate small bowl until blended.
  • Spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Place chicken in medium bowl. Add flour; toss to evenly coat chicken with flour. Working with 1 chicken piece at a time, gently shake excess flour off chicken piece, then dip chicken in egg, then bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat chicken piece with each ingredient. Place on prepared baking sheet; spray lightly with additional cooking spray.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is golden brown and done (165°F).
  • Serve with ketchup.

How to Easily Coat the Chicken

Use kitchen tongs to help keep your hands clean while coating the chicken pieces with each of the coating ingredients.
