  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook cauliflower in large pan of boiling water 10 to 12 min. or just until tender, adding gnocchi to the boiling water for the last 7 min.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add flour and nutmeg; cook and stir 2 min. or until hot and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until mixture comes to boil and thickens. Add cheddar; cook and stir 2 min. or until completely melted.
  • Drain cauliflower mixture. Add to cheese sauce in pan; mix well. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with Parmesan.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through.

Substitute

Substitute broccoli florets for the cauliflower.

Special Extra

Stir additional 1/2 cup bruschetta into the cauliflower mixture before spooning into prepared baking dish and baking as directed.
