  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Pierce potatoes with fork or small sharp knife. Rub with oil.
  • Place potatoes on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 8 min. or until tender, turning after 4 min. Transfer from plate to barbecue grate.
  • Grill 10 to 12 min. or until potatoes are crisp, turning occasionally. Cut potatoes in half; top with remaining ingredients. Grill 1 min. or until cheese is melted.

Note

For less crispy potatoes, microwave potatoes as directed; wrap individually in foil. Grill 10 min., turning occasionally. Cut in half; top with remaining ingredients. Grill 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
