I made my own honey-roasted peanuts the day before and then chopped them when making the salad. It was unusual, delicious, and a big hit with my guests.

I love camembert and brie - so this appealed immediately. Wonderful combination with the pear, honeyed peanuts and dressing. Worthy for company.

This was absolutely fabulous - wonderful presentation (as good as any restaurant version!), delicious and extremely easy to assemble. I also made it using cashews instead of honey peanuts and liked this version even better, although I'm sure that the fat content increased! I will most definitely keep and use this recipe, both for myself when I am indulging myself and also for company - sure to impress!
