  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Make 7 to 9 diagonal cuts in top of each potato, cutting about 3/4 of the way into potato. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spread slices of 1 potato apart; drizzle with 1 Tbsp. dressing. Repeat with remaining potatoes and dressing.
  • Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Top with cheese.


Substitute Kraft Cheddar Shredded Cheese for the Parmesan.

    Need to be cooked longer than what is listed. That and the dressing came out of the bottom of the potatoes and burnt to the pan.

    I Have been doing much the same for years on the BBq, I put a small slice of onion between the potatoe pieces and wrap them in foil. Yum
