  • Meanwhile, cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package.
  • Cut slits in tops of potatoes; top with meat mixture and remaining ingredients.

For added heat and flavour, top with sliced jalapeno peppers.

    LOVED IT! I cooked the potatoes in the slow cooker all day so I just had to put everything together when I got home. I added salsa and it was a huge hit. My whole family has asked me to make it again soon.

    It was good,(a bit dry) however to zip it up a bit I suggest and next time will put Salsa in with the groud beef and taco seasoning~ that should do the trick :)
