  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Prick potatoes in several places with fork.
  • Bake 1 hour 15 min. or until tender.
  • Make lengthwise, then crosswise cut in top of each potato; top with pesto and cheese.

Shortcut

To speed up the preparation time, microwave the pricked whole potatoes on HIGH 9 to 12 min. or until tender. Cut slits in tops of potatoes, then top with remaining ingredients as directed.
