  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Place fish, skin side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet; brush with 1 Tbsp. dressing. Combine remaining dressing with 1/4 cup parsley and crushed red pepper.
  • Bake 17 to 19 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with dressing mixture after 12 min.
  • Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with cooked baby potatoes, and roasted or steamed fresh asparagus.
