  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix coating mix and parsley on plate. Beat egg and water in shallow dish with fork until blended.
  • Dip zucchini, 1 piece at a time, in egg mixture then in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat each piece. Place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until crisp-tender and golden brown. Serve with dressing.


Prepare using Shake'N Bake Original Coating Mix.


Substitute Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
