  • BEAT butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Stir in flour & corn starch, then chocolate & pecans.
  • ROLL dough into 1 in. (2.5 cm) balls & place on ungreased baking sheets.
  • BAKE for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C) or until lightly browned; cool. Dust lightly with icing sugar. Store in air-tight container.

    Sorry but these have a boring, tasteless, gum-up-your mouth texture. I made them to take as a plate to a gathering tomorrow - I'd be ashamed to say they were mine, so now I have to make something more palatable.

    yummy ! I made it with my housemate, but we used half brown sugar and half icing. I think it made it better than if we were to use all icing sugar.
