  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use ends of foil to remove fudge from pan before cutting into squares.

Peanut Butter Fudge

Omit nuts. Prepare fudge and spread into prepared pan as directed. Immediately drop 1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Peanut Butter by teaspoonfuls over hot fudge; swirl gently with knife. Refrigerate until firm.

White Chocolate Layered Fudge

Prepare fudge as directed, reducing nuts to 3/4 cup and using 1 pkg. (8 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, 3/4 cup of the sweetened condensed milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread into prepared pan. Melt 1 pkg. (6 squares) Baker's White Chocolate. Stir in remaining sweetened condensed milk. Spread over dark chocolate layer in pan. Refrigerate as directed.
