  • BLEND cream cheese, almonds, icing sugar, coffee and rum; mix well.
  • MELT chocolate in microwave on MEDIUM power for 2 minutes; stir until melted. Add to cream cheese mixture and roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls. (Chill mixture if too soft to handle.)
  • ROLL balls in sprinkles, almonds, pecans, icing sugar or coconut.

TIP

To grill almonds and other nuts, place on baking sheet at 300°F(150°C) for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator.
