Microwave 3 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, 2 Tbsp. whipping cream and 1 Tbsp. butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Only one bowl needed to make this cake. No need to frost this cake, looks elegant and very simple by just drizzling with chocolate glaze and topping with fresh fruit.
