The cupcakes are fantastic, although I prefer traditional icing instead of the cool whip.
**food colouring makes the cool whip a bit oily and it herefore slips off of the muffins when they are agoing to be eaten
**the strawberry is a nice touch
**i like tosubsitute the cool whip with some peanut butter and the strawberry with chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
