  • Microwave chocolate in large microwavable bowl on MEDIUM 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Add butter and sugar; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Blend in milk. Add flour, coffee mix and baking powder; mix on low speed until well blended. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2-inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350°F for 9 minutes or until cookies are puffed and a slight indentation remains in cookie when touched lightly. Cool 2 minutes; remove from baking sheets. Cool completely on wire rack.

Storage Know-How

Store in tightly covered container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

    These aren't cookies--the dough is very wet, like cake batter. The result? A lack-lustre spongey disc that makes no attempt to appease your cookie craving!
