  • Mix baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bring cream, 1/4 cup coffee mix and sugar to boil in small saucepan, whisking constantly. Pour over chocolate in medium bowl. Let stand 2 min.; whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in vanilla. Pour into crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Mix Cool Whip and remaining coffee mix; spread over pie.
