  • Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. Mix corn syrup and evaporated milk in large saucepan until blended. Add chocolate; stir. Cook on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 min. before cutting to serve.
