  • HEAT chocolate and butter over low heat until butter melts. Stir until smooth. Stir in sugar.
  • MIX in eggs and milk until well blended. Stir in flour and nuts.
  • SPREAD in greased 9" (23 cm) square baking pan. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes. Add Rocky Topping* and bake 10 minutes longer.
  • ROCKY Topping: Mix 2 cups (500 mL) miniature marshmallows, 1 cup (250 mL) each BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and chopped nuts.


CREAM CHEESE SWIRL Make Rocky Square batter. Spread 1/2 the dough in greased 9" (23 cm) square baking pan. Add "Cream Cheese Filling". Spread remaining dough over top. Swirl with knife. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Cool in Pan. Filling: Beat 1 pkg (250 g) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese with 1/4 cup (50 mL) sugar, 1 egg and 2 Tbsp (30 mL) flour on low speed of electric mixer until well blended.
