I found it hard to stop the raspberry part from sinking into the whipped cream part. Tasted ok, but not as good as I thought it would.
Very good. Looks fancy, but was very easy to make. The chocolate is subtle & works well with the raspberry so that the dessert isn't too sweet.
Truly fantastic dessert. It is sweet, but the smaller portions help with that. Try to lower the sugar in the raspberry portion to combine a tart layer with the sweet white chocolate layer. This is an excellent combination.
