These easy-to-make cooked chicken breasts are flavoured with sweet plums and a tangy dressing for a deliciously different main dish.

  • Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add plums and shallots; cook 5 to 6 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Spoon into bowl; cover to keep warm.
  • Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add chicken broth, mustard, rosemary and remaining dressing to skillet; mix well. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
  • Serve chicken topped with plum mixture and mustard sauce.


Substitute your favourite stone fruit, such as peaches, nectarines or apricots, for the plums.

Special Extra

Garnish with additional fresh rosemary before serving.
