I am not usually a fan of Brussels sprouts, but these are the best! Rave reviews at our Thanksgiving dinner. Roasting the sprouts adds such great flavour. I did not add the cheese at the end, didn't think it was necessary, and I cooked for a bit longer than suggested because the bacon needed it. I will never make Brussels sprouts any other way again!
