  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Beat eggs, bananas, sugar and oil in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add flour mixture; beat just until blended. Stir in chopped chocolate and nuts.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use parchment handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve.

Substitute

Substitute 1-1/2 cups Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips for the coarsely chopped chocolate.

Substitute

Substitute coarsely chopped peanuts or toasted walnuts for the pecans.
