  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Microwave peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until melted. Whisk in sugar, eggs, 1-3/4 cups milk and banana until blended. Add bread; stir to evenly coat.
  • Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40 min. or until centre is set.
  • Microwave caramels and remaining milk in small bowl 1-1/2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended; drizzle over pudding. Serve warm.

Make Ahead

This delicious pudding can be mixed together ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed, increasing the baking time to 50 min. or until centre is set and top is golden brown. Microwave caramels and milk as directed, then drizzle over pudding just before serving.
