Everyone loved it!
Tastes heavenly! A must for any family dinner dessert, they will all ask for seconds.
these are great! I've made them many times, my family loves them every time. The sweetness of the pudding goes well with the bananas and cream. The crust is also very good, I'll be making these again soon. Thank you Kraft for a great recipe!
I made this several years ago. It is excellant, most of the family raved about it.
Thought this would not go with the 2 of us so we asked the grandkids over and it is gone
I wasn't fond of the pineapple/banana mix. The kids liked it but it wasn't the instant hit I was hoping for.
This is soo... decident!!!! A great dessert for summer time. Thank You KRAFT for keeping us cool in the summer time by providing no bake desserts.
made this for a bday party great feedback everyone loved it and wanted the recipe a definate make again
i found this recipe a bit long to make but it sure was good i would put in all the effort to make it again sometime it was very refreshing. thanks kraft
I made this for my grandchildren and it was a big hit. Would make it again it was delicious.
My whole family loves this cake.
It is the best dessert ever. My husband loves it, the kids always ask me to make it and "the girls" always request it when we get together for our annual girls weekend getaway! Penny
I've made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. Simply delicious.
This is absolutely the best. Everyone just raved about it. I loved it to. Linda
This is a very delicious recipe. My husband could not get enough of it. He wants me to make it again. Would also be great for a family get together or reunion.
This was an AWESOME recipe. We changed it up a bit the second time we made it with strawberries and bananas, then with strawberries and kiwi and then another with blueberries. I made this at a birthday party, and it was a big hit! Wonderful, will definetly make again!
Very, very good. Made for company...a big hit!
as well as topping with bananas ana pecans also put strawberries and drizzel chocolate sauce
Very easy to make and excellent desert
Everyone who has tasted it, loves it. This includes a friend who rarely eats desserts--he wanted the recipe!
This dessert is absolutely scrumpious, love it, love it, love it.
Everyone loved it and it was simple. I liked it as it fed a large # of people!
Each time I make it people say you HAVE TO make this again!( I do cut back a bit on the sugar though)
Total hit of my party.
Everyone loved it including myself. You cannot get more delicious than this!
It will be talked about this whole season and will be the requested dessert next party. When my guests asked I replied...Kraft.com who else
my sister made this recipe & oh my gosh it was FANTASTIC. It was a MAJOR hit. Love it!!!!!!!
very easy to make & very good
I am allergic to bananas so couldn't eat this but my daughter (with my help) made it for her son's birthday and it was a huge hit.
Since I made this recipe, I have given the recipe to many who loved it.
fabulous, tasty and light
this is excellent but I did tweak it a bit. I added a layer of strawberry ice cream topping after the cream cheese layer and substituted chopped peanuts for the pecans. I also drizzled both chocolate and butterscotch ice cream topping on the top
A family favorite! I use 1 box of vanilla pudding and 1 box butterscotch pudding for a tasty variation!
I was asked to bring a dessert to a barbecue and my magazine had just arrived so I chose this one - it was fabulous and a real hit with everyone. Very simple to make also.
This was a big hit when I made it. I add strawberries to the top along with the banana and nuts and when I served it, I drizzled chocolate and caramel sundae topping over the cake. It was like a real banana split (without the icecream.
I have made this recipe twice already. It was a hit with everyone. It's light not super sweet. Very enjoyable. So easy to make. Wonderful for anytime of the year. This will become one of my family favorites. In 30 years you will find this in my personal cook book.
delicious--makes a large dessert--but I ate almost half of it myself!!!!
Wow! It served a lot of people and everyone loved it. Everyone wanted the receipe.
The taste is quite fabulous though I skipped the whipped cream on top as I'm not too fond of it... and yes the cake is pretty soft, almost mushy, but it's still pretty tasty ! I thought it would be too soft when I made it but it turned out okay !
So delicious. Will make again
I substituted Strawberries for the pineapple and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be giving this one another whirl.
love, love, love this dessert!! I have made it several times and will several more I am sure.
Definitely delicious but much better the next day as the banana flavour was stronger.
This is a perfect Summer dessert!! It's light and refreshing. I've already made this three times! I also used a cup more graham crakers for the crust as it tastes so good with the pudding.
So easy to make, so delicious! I've made this about five times already and everyone has loved it!
Loved it!! However I replaced the nuts with strawberries.
I made this dessert in the morning and we ate it the same day after dinner and it was good, but the next day it tasted even more delicious!!! Very Yummy!!
friend bought this receipt to our son's first bar-b-que everyone thought it was great I will definetly make this for our next get-together.
Easy to make....used fresh pineapple instead of crushed. Tasted great. Loved by all. Definately would make again
Very simple to make and tastes wonderful...you can dress it up with some chocolate curls on top. I used graham crackers as I didn't have crumbs and that worked out great
Family and friends absolutely loved it - even the picky ones!
Absolutely the yummiest banana dessert ever!
I took this dessert to a family gathering and it was the first to go.
I tried this recipe for our Annual Corn Roast. We totally freaked-out!!!It was so perfect for the occasion and my guests complimented me over and over again.
This is thee best cake yet , I made it for a family reunion it was only there 4. minutes first dessert gone also took it to our church potluck ummmmmmmm is all everyone said
I left out the pineapple and it was excellent. Thank You
P.S. did'nt have any pineapple
THIS WAS EXCELLANT AND VERY EASY, MY KIDS DON'T LIKE PINEAPPLE, BUT THEY DIDN'T SEE ME MAKE IT AND THEY COULDN'T TELL. BIG HIT
I made this for an office gathering, and prepared as individual servings in muffin cups...it was a big hit! Great result for a little effort
Made this on two occasions summer 2007...big hit both times! Instead of pecans, I used shaved dark chocolate chunks and strawberries on top. Awesome...refreshing, but not too heavy after a big BBQ dinner!
Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm! This is a keeper. We served it to company and they loved it.
I didn't make this but a friend did. It is absolutely the best!
This recipe has been in our family for years. It was/still a favorite of mine that my Mom made as a special treat for me. She's gone now..but my sister now surprises me with this easy, yummy dessert. I do share!!
I can't get enough of this cake! I make the lighter version and let me tell you, there's no lack of flavour. It's even BETTER than a real banana split because of the cream cheese layer. Perfect for casual entertaining/buffet style.
This easy recipe, low calorie, serve great as after meal dessert, or afternoon snack. My whole family likes it most.
Want a real Banana Split -- don't forget the strawbery preserves -- put on after the crushed pinapple (diet preserves can be used also), next, remember the chocolate fudge?--squeeze choc syrup over bananas and then decorate top of dessert with Choc syrup in diamond pattern or whatever suits. Add more pecans to top showing "contains nuts" and don't forget the maraschino cherries with stems to go on each serving. Also, I don't use sugar in this recipe and I don't use foil. Works well for me. Enjoy.
This was an excellent dessert but I had trouble with the crust falling apart because I found the cream cheese mixture very difficult to spread. Will bake the crust next time instead of freezing and will add a bit of cool whip to the cream cheese for easier spreading.
this is awesome!! i have made many times & everyone loves it. fresh pineapple is really yummy. i tried it with bananas & strawberries, that is our new favorite.
This is a scrumptious dessert!!! easy to m
ake...my whole family loved it!!! Carolyn
I found this recipe in your What's Cooking book last summer and made it for my daughter's bridal shower. It was delicious! I gave it a twist & added fresh strawberries on top with a drizzle of chocolate sauce before serving - YUM! Thank you for all your good recipes.
Took this to a scrapbooking gathering - went down really well - enjoyed by all with requests for the recipe! - cap
Awesome!! Everyone who has it, wants the recipe...
Made this for a family function and everyone wanted the recipe! It was a big hit!
quick and easy to make and a definate guest pleaser....everyone will be asking for this recipe.
Awesome! I like it with fresh pineapple instead of the canned stuff.
I love this recipe. We don't do nuts at our house so instead I toped it off with chocolate shavings and because banana splits also have strawberries, i put some sliced ones in with the banana/pinapple layer. Deliscious ****
My Tusday Ladies Club loved it
Fantastic dessert! For those that have trouble with the cream cheese layer -- try microwaving it for 30-40 seconds -- much easier to spread. Also, we used lemon pudding instead of vanilla -- really yummy flavour and not too sweet. Thanks for the recipe.
Was a very good dessert. I made it for my dad's 60th birthday and everyone loved it.
This is a great recipe. I would use whipping cream on top though.
This cake was sooo awsome. Not a fan of bananas but talk about yummy!!! Loved it & so did my family!
Just made this for Easter dinner dessert! Even my mother-in-law asked for the recipe. I have a diabetic family member so made it with Splenda, Light Jello Pudding, Becel Olive Oil margarine, light cream cheese and Cool Whip Light. Everyone loved it! I drizzled a little chocolate syrup on top and might put fresh strawberries on top next time.
Delicious. Would definately make this again but wouldn't use foil, it was a nuisance.
cant get enough of these, they get eaten up quickly, love, love, love them
I loved this easy recipe. It's delicious.
The only thing that I would do differently is to not line the pan with tin foil as the foil would tear when you are trying to dish it out- leaving you to remove it from your dessert.
I make this all the time now as it is very light. I added strawberries to the top instead of bananas. All good!
This is one of my favorites, but too have it more often need half the recipe
Took it to family christmas everyone loved it!
simple but seductive. eveyone loves it and the neighbours ask me to make it for their dinner partys. making it again today for my husband to take to is office party luncheon tomorrow!
This cake was fabulous...all of my guests wanted some to take home!!
I tried this not long ago when I had company over a holiday and everyone thought it was delicious. It is a nice light dessert and is easily made.Eat and enjoy!
this cake was awesome.cut back on the bananas.didn't need to put on top of cake.big hit.very easy to make
this was delicious,my whole family loved it. The recipe was very easy and quick to make. Thank you.
It was a hit at my dinner BUT.... I tried to make it healthier and used Splenda instead of sugar and it was toooooooo sweet, will reduce the amount next time.
This is a really great recipe.I made it for our neighors thanks giving dinner.Everybody loved it.One of our friends kids wants this for his next birthday cake.
My friends and family raved about this recipe. I made it three times for different occasions and parties during the past summer.
I added stawberries and chocolate drizzel on top. It was great
Thank you for this delicious recipe - I served it to my "Hens' Club" yesterday along with Sweet BBQ chicken kabobs and received raves about the tasty lunch. We are a group of 10 ladies who have been friends for 55+ years (since our teen years) and delight in trying new recipes and ideas to serve each month - great fun. Glad my turn is over for this year!! Thanks again. Oh yes, one friend is making the cake for a Pot Luck dinner.
This has replaced my hubby's favorite dessert. Made it for the family and got major compliments on how awesome this dessert is. Will definitely be making it often.
This one is delicious !!!!!!!!
I made 1/2 the recipe for my husband and his brother. My husband said it was the best he had ever tasted of the recipes I have found on line and that I had to make it again.
I've made this a few times, a 50th wedding anniversary, dinner party, and a Stag and Doe. This cake was raved over and dissappeared really fast. I sprinkled pecans as the topping.
This was easy to make although I did add some chocolate drizzle over the top ..everybody loved it and wanted seconds.. will definatly make it again
Next time I won't put as many nuts. My staff loved it.
Fantastic, the only addition would be maybe some grated chocolate on top, or some chocolate sauce drizzled over the bananas before the pudding
I made this for my husband's birthday. It was a great success. Not only was it easy to make, it was delicious. I will certainly make this recipe again and mix the fruit and pudding to please everyone's taste.
Incredible! After trying it my daughter went out of her way to stop on her way home from working midnights and have another piece. It would work with any fruits and puddings that strike your fancy.
wonderful Cake my family just loves it and so simple to do
this is really good it's nice with strawberrys
Excellent-but try adding 1 package of butterscotch or chocolate pudding instead of 2 packages of vanilla to change it up a bit.
A great dessert for any meal. I work on a ship and my crew loves it.
Out of this world delicious
I have made this recipe twice this summer to take to large gatherings. The guests just raved about this dessert, everyone loved. I already have been told that it is a MUST for me to bring next year. Did find cream cheese hard to spread onto crumb crust, so distributed more evenly when I began this time. Fav summer dessert, you have to try it!
Loved this cake, and by leaving the bananas off the top was able to keep the leftovers for a few days.
This recipe is the easiest and most delicious to make and eat. I took it to a dinner party and wasn't allowed to take any home. I heard from my friend that it was gone the next day and with a fight for who got the most.
I took this recipe to a family get-together and the response was overwhelming! I got rave reviews. They all think I can cook! I will definately make this again!!!
My husband really enjoyed this dessert and had asked to make it for his co-workers. They all enjoyed it, that they would not let him take the remaining cake that was left to the other department to share it with them. One of his co-workers asked for the recipe so she could make it this week-end for a family reunion.
This was a great treat, I cut the sugar back to 1/2 cup and only used 3 bananas. I will be making this again for sure!
Made it for work, everyone thought I had put a lot of effort into it. Easy and very good.
Excellent. My husband had a poker night and I made this. They loved it! Unfortunately none left for me:(
This is an all time winner! Everyone wants the recipe. It's even better after it sits for a day.
This is a wonderful delight. The only things that I changed were: instead of 1 1/2 cups of graham crumbs I put in 2 1/2 cups. instead of a 14 oz can of crushed pinapple I used a 19 oz can.
it's heaven.. can use other fruit, fresh or canned..
added, a few table spoons of white sugar to the graham crumbs, extra whip cream was great too.
Very delicious. Great for large gathering when you don't want to bring anything home, because there won't be anything left. I have also tried it omitting the pineapple and using fresh blueberries with the banana.
This dessert was fabulous, my kids absolutely loved it. It was quite easy to make, licking the bowl was delicious!!!
This was a big hit in our house for both adults and kids! I did make a few changes however- I used 2 1/4 cups of crumbs and 1/2 cup of butter for the base for a 9X13in. dish and I added the crushed pineapple to the cream cheese layer instead. A great summer recipe that goes far.
WOW!!!Again easy to make and ummm soooo good
yum-yum-yummy! Great sweet treat for the entire family.
Absolutely awesome! I had to print two copies of the recipe for my dinner guests!
So good - however, I used fresh pineapple, because I did not have canned - as well, I crushed up Anna's cookies as the base. Awesome summer dessert!
Big Hit! Made the light version, and cut the sugar in half. Very delicious - the entire office loved it.
Very, very delicious, and a big hit. I cut the sugar in half, and will probably only use 1/4 C in the crust the next time. No problem with it staying together. I do wonder, though, why the tin foil in the bottom of the dish? It kept tearing and sticking to the bottom of the dessert. A bit of Pam on the bottom should suffice, I think. That's what I'll do the next time.
Made it on Fathers Day, and my dad's comment was" you can make this for me anytime". I used light cream cheese, fat free pudding the Cool Whip light. Tasted great! This is a must have for any gathering.
This was one of the most heavenly desserts that I've ever made, since I like a lot of pineapple I will double that ingredient next time, everyone has to try this recipe!!!
A delicious blend of flavour, light and simple to make. My family enjoyed this and I will make this again for our summer reunion!
Excellent desert. Light and refreshing after a heavy meal. Would definitely make it again.
This is an incredible dessert. Made it for a large gathering and it was truly a hit. Great summer dessert makes up quickly and does not heat up your kitchen. Changed it a bit by adding shaved dark chocolate to the top.
this was a delicious dessert, but i found a little too much banana, so when i make this again on fathers day i am going to use a 19 oz can of pineapple, and about 2-3 bananas and also because some cannot eat the pecans i may use grated chocolate on top.
OMG! Soooo good, but also very sweet!!. Loved it, but don't think I will make again as it is really sweet. If I make again, probably would half everything and make a smaller cake.
Excellent dessert! Easy to make and very tasty. Will make again. Downfalls - takes longer than 15 min to prepare (but not much) and the base didn't stay together well. Maybe I'll have better luck next time!
delicious and easy to make...it was a hit with the whole family..omit the tin foil bottom..turns out just fine without it
