I cook my meatballs in the microwave, very easy and no chance they will stick to anything. I cook them about 3/4 of the way done, then add them to the sauce. They are moist and very flavourful that way.
The flavour was great. I neglected to spray the foil and the meatballs stuck pretty bad. I will use less BBQ sauce next time as the meatballs were very soft.
