  • Combine Miracle Whip, barbecue sauce, honey, 2 tsp. chili powder, and 1/2 tsp. each black pepper and cayenne pepper.
  • Mix meat and remaining chili powder, black pepper and cayenne pepper just until blended; shape into 12 meatballs. Cook in large skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until evenly browned, turning after 5 min. Remove from skillet; drain.
  • Add vegetables and pineapple to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min. Stir in Miracle Whip mixture and meatballs; cover. Simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley.

Special Extra

Serve over hot cooked pasta.
