  • Spray barbecue with cooking spray; heat to med-high heat. Place chicken and pineapple on barbecue. Grill pineapple for 3 to 4 min., turning half way. Remove pineapple from barbecue. Make sauce by combining remaining ingredients and one pineapple ring in blender.
  • Grill chicken an additional 35 min. or until cooked through (165°F), turning half way. Brush with half of the barbecue sauce mixture half way through grilling. Brush pineapple slices with remaining sauce before serving.

Special Extra

Serve with lime wedges for an extra boost of flavour.
