  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat (425ºF).
  • Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Reserve 2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar; pour remaining over combined fruit in large bowl. Add lemon zest and juice; toss until fruit is evenly coated. Spoon into 13x9-inch foil pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Combine flour, baking powder and remaining sugar in medium bowl. Cut in cream cheese with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk; stir until mixture forms dough. Drop spoonfuls of dough into mounds over fruit mixture, using about 1/4 cup for each. Place on inverted baking sheet on barbecue grate.
  • Grill 25 to 30 min. or until biscuits are golden brown and fruit is tender, rotating pan after 15 min. and monitoring barbecue for consistent temperature. Cool slightly.

Substitute

Prepare using frozen blueberries and sliced peaches.

Just Peachy

To show off the peaches' beautiful colour, toss blueberries with half the cinnamon sugar, zest and juice; toss peaches with remaining cinnamon sugar. Spread blueberries onto bottom of prepared foil pan; cover with peaches. Drop spoonfuls of dough over peaches, then grill as directed.
