Husk corn. Add to large pan of boiling water; cook 10 to 12 min. or until tender.
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Husk corn; rinse under cold water. Wrap individually in foil. Grill 15 to 20 min. or until tender, turning occasionally.
Partially remove husks from corn; remove and discard silk. Rewrap corn in husks. Place in enough cold water to completely cover corn; soak 2 hours. Heat barbecue to high heat. Grill corn 20 min. or until tender.
