  • Cut rib rack crosswise in half; place both halves in large resealable plastic bag. Add dressing and lemon juice; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat ribs with the dressing mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to marinate.
  • Preheat barbecue to low heat. Remove ribs from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill ribs 30 min. or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the barbecue sauce.

To Jazz it Up

For extra flavour, sprinkle ribs with Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese or an extra splash of lemon juice just before serving.

    These ribs were delicious; probably the best I've ever made. It looks like Kraft has stopped making the Caesar Vinaigrette (not the dressing). I was going to ask if there were suggested substitutes, but I see there are already some listed. Thanks.

    We substituted Greek dressing in place of the Caesar dressing. Delicious!!!!!!
