This great-tasting recipe features a simple homemade salsa and chicken marinated in zesty lime dressing - both which can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. Thaw overnight before grilling the moist marinated chicken to perfection and serving it with the flavourful fruit salsa.

  • Combine mangos, vegetables and 1/4 cup dressing in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Place chicken in separate resealable plastic bag. Add 2 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing to chicken; seal bag. Freeze both bags up to 3 months.
  • Remove both bags from freezer the night before serving. Refrigerate (still in bags) until thawed. When ready to serve chicken, heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from bag; discard bag and dressing. Grill chicken 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing with remaining dressing for the last few minutes.
  • Empty mango salsa into medium bowl; stir in cilantro. Serve with chicken.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked long-grain brown rice and a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.

Special Extra

Add 1/2 cup chopped avocados to salsa mixture just before serving.

Cooking Know-How

Set the timer in the kitchen for 5 min. on each side so you don't forget to turn the chicken. Don't overcook the chicken - grill just until the juices run clear.
