  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  • Grill steak 1 min. Add vegetables. Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until steak is medium doneness (160ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.
  • Cut steak and vegetables into thin strips. Spoon onto tortillas; top with cheese. Roll up.

Variation

Substitute 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts for the steak, adjusting the grilling time if necessary until chicken is done (170ºF).
