  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Brush meat with Miracle Whip. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Grill 20 to 24 min. or until meat is done (160ºF), turning after 12 min. Remove meat from barbecue; cover with foil. Let stand 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except rice.
  • Slice meat. Serve with pineapple salsa and rice.

For a flavour boost, add 1-1/2 tsp. grated gingerroot to pineapple salsa.
