Prepare using halibut or swordfish steaks.
Mix sauce as directed. Place fish on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 4 min. on each side. Brush generously with sauce. Broil 2 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.

I'm going to try this recipe when it cools off, in the 40's here in Brampton, Ont. I have never cooked salmon before, but this looks delicious & seems very easy to prepare, thx.
I used a maple and brown sugar bbq sauce as we were camping-cut scallions to add some color and fresh lemon wedges. SO moist and delicious-marinated in ziploc bag for 3-5 hrs and then grilled on the bbq. Served with basmati rice and steamed beans.
