Serve this BBQ Salmon recipe with hot cooked rice and a side salad. (Note: Nutrition Information does not include cooked rice and side salad.)
Prepare using halibut or swordfish steaks.
Prepare barbecue sauce mixture as directed. Place fish on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 4 min. on each side. Brush generously with half the barbecue sauce mixture. Broil 2 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
