Yummy. Nice for a busy weeknight.

10/26/2013

Made this many times. Always delicious, freeze extras for another super fast weeknight dinner. Whole family loves, even picky eater daughter. My husband & I prefer shredded cheese instead of cheese whiz.

Easy and convenient. Ideal for freezing and sending with our daughter away at university for a quick and easy meal.

Excellent -- easy to make and a good flavor. Gave some to a neighbor who said would certainly eat again and asked for the recipe. Froze leftovers for times when I needed something quick. Just as good warmed up.

02/27/2013

So easy and delicious. For extra flavor I grated some onion into the mixture.

01/12/2013

A friend made these for a weekend lunch. She subbed in mozzerella (what was on hand)for the cheese and salsa instead of bbq sauce. Yes, they were no longer 'bbq-style', but they were DELICIOUS! A huge hit. Making again for sure!

11/04/2012

So easy to make!!!!! Nice to have a change from just regular meatloaf!

07/27/2012

Made with shredded cheese instead. All 3 of my children and my husband loved it, not very often I can find something everyone likes.

07/14/2012

LOVE this recipe as does my family. Easy to make and so tasty. I detest processed cheese so I used 'real' cheese, Kraft's shredded Tex Mex, actually. Wonderful in so many ways.

very good. used shredded cheese instead of cheez whiz. mixed better using hot water. I mixed a 1 tbsp of sugar with bbq sauce. even my 3 year old grandson liked it.

03/21/2012

Was yummy. I forgot to add the water. Wen I do it again, I'll cut back on the stuffing.

11/02/2011

My girls love this recipe and keep wanting me to make it. One of my girls is extreamly picky and she can't get enough of it. Love it.

10/26/2011

Excellent. Great to have extras for lunch. Like the individual servings.

05/12/2011

These are soooo yummy! My four year old says these are the best dinner I've made!

04/14/2011

We love these at home. The kids eat them up like nothing with some brown rice and veggies on the side, it makes a great and quick supper!

01/14/2011

Made this lots of times in larger batches and froze for quick meals later. Last time made extra for my friend who just came home from having her son and they loved it too!

01/09/2011

I've made this plenty of times and my family always loves it. We like it best with sweet chili sauce and shredded cheddar cheese as toppings. It's so easy!

11/25/2010

we loved this recipe...and we have four very picky eaters in our family. instead of cheese whiz we have used cheese slices or even shredded cheese. we found that the cheese whiz was a bit too tangy for the meatloaf

10/24/2010

This was very easy and delicious. We used bread crumbs with our own seasoning instead of stovetop.

10/02/2010

Good old meatloaf! I like how you can customize the flavour.

07/03/2010

These mini meatloaves are a hit, with any family meal!

01/05/2009

my kids say they don't like meatloaf, but... for some reason they actually think this isn't meatloaf. In our family as long as we make it ketchup, even our most pickiest eater will eat it!

02/09/2010

This is AMAZING..my son LOVES it and it is so easy to make and is a great relacement for the old standyby meatloaf..you have to try it...

tex mex combo was my favourite...lean ground beef is best, otherwise a little greasy...love the quick cook time...better for the environment and saves energy...

11/21/2009

Kids loved it....will be making this alot!!!!

11/01/2009

Very delicious and super easy! I'm not a fan of Cheese Whiz so I used shredded cheddar instead and it was delicious!!

REALLY Good. Used Kraft Tex-Mex instead of Cheeze Whiz.

09/28/2009

I rated this recipe and am wondering why it never got printed. Was it because I did not want my member name displayed , or because my comment was negative (too high in sodium)

09/23/2009

This was great i did both flavors with the kraft bbq sauce as well as the salsa so we had variety the cheese-whiz on top was great one the kids really enjoyed. I personally liked the fact it was really moist

09/24/2009

Fantastic and easy recipe. My boys did not like meatloaf until I made these. I am sure I have made this recipe at least 8 times and each time a hit with all.

09/24/2009

I was going to make this until I noticed the amount of sodium - that's almost a day's worth in one serving!!

09/23/2009

Delicious! Fast and easy to make! Have made it several times and will certainly continue to make it! I love the idea of putting the mini-meatloaves into muffin tins. Perfect for smaller servings and lunch-sized meals!

09/23/2009

An unexpectedly great taste! I accidentally mixed the BBQ sauce with the meat instead of filling it into the ball of meat... it still came out awesome!

05/09/2009

04/10/2009

sooo yummy!>. my one year old even loved them! and hes a picky eater

04/07/2009

Was a little bland. Will probably attempt again adding a little more spice.

03/30/2009

Super easy. So tasty. Puts a whole new spin on meatloaf. I did add dry onion soup mix to it and used Brown Sugar barbeque sauce. Definitely will make again and again.

02/13/2009

Super easy and super tasty thou next time i might use ketchup instead of the BBQ sauce. Either way great dinner idea!

01/25/2009

This was a really great recipe and told my friends about it and they asked me for the recipe.

01/05/2009

I run a home daycare business. The Daycare children love this. I use shredded cheese and fill with whatever e.g. Pesto sauce, bbq sauce, spaghetti sauce, Hoisin sauce. The children help me make it and I have given this recipie to my daycare parents. great for making in advance. When ground beef goes on special I will make a big batch and just freeze it.

12/16/2008

We have already made this recipe again! Very tasty with the Stove Top stuffing. We put in salsa instead of BBQ sauce, and 1/4 cheese slice instead of Cheez Whiz. Leftovers heat up very well too!

11/20/2008

Loved this recipe!! So easy and quick to make, the kids loved it too!!

11/18/2008

Decent. I didn't like the cheez whiz on it.

11/07/2008

Awesome

10/29/2008

This was excellent and the children loved it!

10/29/2008

My husband calls these "the find of the year". They're easy, they taste good, they freeze well, they reheat well... They can be a little bit soggy - we cut back on the amount of water suggested by the recipt.

10/29/2008

Just great. I followed the receipe minus the cheese whiz. A big hit and soon-to-be-staple in my house.

10/28/2008

This was a hit in my house, and the leftovers didn't last too long! I used the BBQ recipe, but substituted real cheese (rather than cheez whiz product). Delicious!!

10/23/2008

I used the bbq and garlic powder recipe, and added onion soup mix. I didn't care for the cheez whiz on these. Next time I may use mozza cheese instead with the pizza sauce.

10/22/2008

I made the italian version, skipped the cheese whiz. I then cooked some macaronni and mixed it with the remaining pasta sauce, put it in a casserole dish with the laoves on top, sprinkled some cheese on top and baked until the cheese was melted, YUMMYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!

10/05/2008

Everyone loved it! I used Marble cheese instead of cheese whiz. It was a hit!

10/01/2008

This recipe is great esp for my mom who lives on her own. It was easy to make and freezes well. A great way for her to get her protein.

09/16/2008

I loved it! And this is coming from a girl who has avoided meatloaf since the age of 8. We had the mexican and BBQ-style. Hubby even got adventerous and made one with maple syrup and brown sugar in the middle. Yummy! This will be a staple for years to come.

09/13/2008

These mini meatloaves are the best. I will never make meatloaf in a loaf pan again.

09/10/2008

Made the Mexican version; used mozzarella cheese (didn't have/don't like Cheez Whiz)and upped the chili powder to 3 tsp. Turned out great, and super easy to make.

09/08/2008

WOW - have to say I really do not like meatloaf, but this was awesome, the best part is you can make each one different to taste, for example I put mushrooms and extra cheese on mine, my Whole family raved about this recipe and can make ahead of time for company too!!! Thanks for this recipe - Connie in Keswick
